Situated amidst the unspoilt countryside of East Riding of Yorkshire is Partridge Place, an exceptional barn conversion resting within striking distance of the coast and the exciting city of Hull.

At the end of each day, step into the open-plan living space, where the large floor to ceiling windows affords a constant connection with the surrounding countryside and beyond, complemented by a plush interior design and all the mod cons for a comfortable stay.

Engineered oak covers the underheated floor and lies beneath sleek kitchen units, which are topped by granite worktops and completed with a quality range of appliances to assist in cooking family-favourite dishes.

Gather around the dining table to relish in your home-cooked meals and enjoy the company of your loved ones with an accompanying tipple or two, before the sumptuous L-shape sofa invites you to unwind and catch up on the latest box set from the Smart TV with Netflix.

Those who find stairs a little challenging will be delighted by the two ground floor bedrooms, where crisp white linens drape across a king-size bed and a double bed, both of which are served by a ground-floor shower room.

Continuing to impress are two king-size bedrooms, situated on the first floor, both boasting sumptuous mattresses coupled with gorgeous pillows, ensuring that sleep comes easy after a bracing day on the Yorkshire coast.

To the exterior, there is a private patio, where table and chairs offer an alternative spot for alfresco dining before savouring a moment of relaxation by dipping into the bubbling hot tub.
